We work to get your order out as soon as possible. If there are times when issues arise, this policy explains how we deal with them.

Standard Shipping Fees

• Shipping is calculated on your order based on weight and destination and is displayed on the order page.

NOTE:

• Shipping is calculated separately for each Cart in your order.
• Your order is shipped via Ground and normally arrives within 5 to 7 days, depending upon destination.
• All orders will be shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment under normal circumstances.
• Special order items will take longer to ship. An estimated ship date is posted on our site for these items.
• Backordered or out-of-stock items will take longer to ship. If part of your order falls into this category, we will send a partial shipment and notify you of the unshipped items. You may then cancel the remaining items (if done before they ship), otherwise we will ship them when they come in. There will be no added shipping or handling charges for this split shipment.

• We ship your order within 2 business days.
• We strive to deliver your order on time to the address you designate. Virtually all of our deliveries are successful and we want to make sure yours is among them!
• The courier will normally knock on your door and, if no one answers, will leave your package at your door.
• We are not liable for orders that are not retrieved in a timely manner.
